Today, July 6, marks Colmena Bar & Grille’s official two-year anniversary. While we’ll be celebrating together this Friday, July 10, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on this incredible journey.
These past two years have been filled with growth, challenges, milestones, and countless unforgettable memories. As Colmena has evolved into what it is today, so have I. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of meeting so many amazing people whose dedication, talent, and belief in this vision have helped shape Colmena into something truly special.
To my managers, bartenders, servers, cooks, chefs, hosts, cleaners, and every member of our team—thank you. Your hard work, passion, and commitment are the foundation of everything we’ve built together.
Most importantly, thank you to the City of Laredo. Your continued support, loyalty, and patronage have allowed us to grow beyond what I could have imagined. We are honored to be part of this incredible community, and we remain committed to serving it with excellence for many years to come.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being part of our story. Here’s to two amazing years—and to many more memories we’ll create together.
