We recently had the privilege of serving 25 of the women, whose families serve Las Vegas through the Send Network, a beautiful Galentine's Tea Party
The menu included a first course of crustless spinach & muenster cheese quiche, crustless bacon & sweet potato quiche, maple sausage links, sliced cucumbers, paprika dusted hummus with sweet & savory tuiles, and sea salt and black pepper kettle chips.
A second and third course, served together, of blueberry scones with lemon curd and clotted cream, yogurt parfaits with fresh fruit, granola and honey, strawberry meringues cookies and diamond cookies, with a finishing bite of mint chocolate covered pretzels.
A beverage bar with 4 different selections of freshly packed loose leaf tea, coffee and ice water infused with Taiwanese Butterfly pea flower.
As always, my absolute favorite part of any party is listening to the laughs and good times being had around the tables we set. It's the greatest compliment.
