Here's our new J&R Manufacturing Manufacturing Smoke-Master 250. I already use it in Elmer and Jasper's Craft BBQ and it's the life line and Heartbeat of our restaurant. This Smoke-Master 250 is an all wood fired, thermostatically controlled, fixed rack smoker that can and does cook up to 14 hours, UNATTENDED, on one load of wood! Amazing!

Had a chance to stop by BLOOD BROS Texas Barbeque in the Resorts World Las Vegas and look what I saw. Not 1 but 2 Little Red Smokehouses from J&R Manufacturing Now I know why there Brisket was 🔥 Smokin' and Grillin' with AB 💯🔥
