We took tuna salad and gave it a backbone. Tuna & giardiniera bringing the heat, pepperoncini throwing punches, red onion keeping it sharp, radish sprouts for a little balance… then we stuffed house-made potato chips inside because subtlety is overrated.

Less than a week left to get your hands on The Dolich Black & Blue before it disappears again. Grilled flank steak, blue cheese crumbles, pickled red onion, arugula in red wine vinaigrette, and blue cheese aioli on toasted ciabatta, the sandwich that came back because people refused to let it die.

And honestly? We get it.

The Dolich Black & Blue is back on the board and causing problems again. Grilled flank steak stacked heavy, blue cheese crumbles bringing the funk, pickled red onion hitting sharp, arugula tossed in red wine vinaigrette, all jammed into toasted ciabatta loaded with blue cheese aioli.

This one disappeared for a minute… and apparently some of you took that personally.
