Cookie dough cake I made for my husband for our 8th wedding anniversary 🥰

I cut the cake while it was cold, straight from the refrigerator, which is why the cake looks dry.

Cakes and cupcakes are pretty much always have the best texture and flavor when they are room temperature rather than cold. The cake and frosting softens back up.

•GF vegan strawberry cake
•GF vegan vanilla cake
•GF jalapeno cheddar sourdough (and grilled cheese made with it 🤤)
•GF cinnamon swirl sourdough
•GF sourdough bagels - assorted flavors
•GF cinnamon swirl sourdough #2 .... I probably cut it too deep and it turned out like 🤭 but daaaang it was delicious
