We are incredibly excited to present a one-night-only Curated Dinner & Wine Session on Thursday, June 18th. We are partnering with the historic Tenuta Torciano winery from San Gimignano, Tuscany, for an exclusive 4-course culinary experience paired with 6 exceptional wines.
Hosted by Tenuta Torcianoโs own Paolo Papini, this dinner seamlessly blends authentic Italian heritage with our signature modern culinary style.
THE MENU & PAIRINGS:
First Course: Tuna & Melon (Kombu Dashi, Ikura, Finger Lime) * Second Course: Veal Milanese (Porcini & Truffle Sauce, Fresh Arugula, Parmesan)
Third Course: American Wagyu Dry-Aged Bone-In NY Steak (Japanese Whisky Demi Sauce, Smoked Maitake Mushroom, Shiso Oil)
Dessert: Milkbread Dessert (Chefโs Seasonal Creation)
