CRAB LOVERS TO THE FRONT! There’s a brand new dish that just dropped at Lao Kitchen and if you love crab, curry, and coconut milk then this one is for you!

This the Thai cousin to Khao P**n Nam G*i & it’s called Kamon Jeen Nam Ya Pu. The rich coconut broth broth has an intense crab flavor aromatics and heat. Pour it over the noodles and each bite is unique with different toppings like pickled vegetables, sweet pickles, and fresh vegetables.

Salmon Belly Mok Pa is one of our most popular dishes here at Lao Kitchen. This popular Lao dish is made in house the traditional way wrapped in banana leaf then steamed. The fish is steamed with dill, chili peppers, and fragrant seasonings.

Making noodles is an art, a process, and oh so worth it! These fresh noodles are made with rice flour and tapioca starch. The right balance will give a delicate texture plus a satisfying chew.

We use them for the popular noodle soup aka KHAO PIAK SEN and also in a Thum salad called THUM KHAO PIAK.
