Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop's Springfield location will be its first in southern Missouri. One of the chain's claims to fame is the “Bobbie,” a Thanksgiving-themed sub with slow-roasted turkey, stuffing, mayonnaise and cranberry sauce.

Capriotti's Sandwich Shop has joined the concessions at Hersheypark. Capriotti’s opened in the Founder’s Way section of the Derry Township amusement park on Memorial Day weekend.

Local franchise partner Corey Wolff opened his first Capriotti’s in the Harrisburg Market. Wolff also operates the Hersheypark location, which serves Capriotti’s menu of favorites, including its signature sandwich "The Bobbie".

It is the second location in central Pa. for the Delaware-based chain.
