**Lee’s Coffee & Tea is hiring: Full-Time Barista / Shift Leader (In Training)** ☕️
We’re looking for a dependable, people-first teammate to join our crew **full-time** and train into a **barista + shift leader** role.
**Availability required:**
* **Weekends (especially Sundays)**
* **Mornings AND evenings**
If you can’t consistently cover those windows, this won’t be the right fit.
**What you’ll do:**
* Make excellent espresso drinks + coffee with speed and consistency
* Deliver great guest service (friendly, calm, professional)
* Keep the shop clean, stocked, and running smoothly
* Learn leadership skills: opening/closing, cash handling, coaching teammates, problem-solving on shift
**What we’re looking for:**
* Reliable attendance + on-time every shift
* Great attitude under pressure
* Coachable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn
* Customer service experience is a plus (coffee experience is great, but **we will train the right person**)
