How to eat SUPER healthy at Backyard Taco (because we have plenty of options that are healthy but here’s for the cleanest eaters)!

How to order;

- Bueno Bowl with protein of choice (pollo asada used here)
- No rice sub cabbage (super light carbs)
- Add cheese (good fats)

What to do after;

- Head to salsa bar after for pickled onions (gut health), cucumbers and guacamole (instead of chips and salsa) and your salsa of choice which has MINIMAL calories 😮‍💨

Pro tip: you can always add more scoops of meat to get more protein in as well!

Ruben and Maricela started Backyard Taco with a simple mission: serve authentic Mexican food made fresh every day.

Years later, they’re still in the restaurants, still greeting guests, and still making sure every meal lives up to the Backyard Taco name.

Backyard Taco’s Dining to Donate program helps local schools, teams, clubs, nonprofits, and community groups raise money through restaurant fundraiser nights.

Supporters dine with us, mention the fundraiser or show the digital flyer, and 20% of qualifying event sales goes back to the group. Some events even turn into a full community night, with school bands performing on the patio while family and friends come out to support.
