We’re headed your way tonight for Movie Night! 7:00–9:00 PM

We spent the day making fresh pretzels in this ridiculous heat, and now we’re asking BIG small favor: PLEASE COME BUY THEM.

We have sweated entirely too much to throw these beauties away.

At this point, we’re just trying to make sure today’s shower wasn’t for nothing. 💀😂

Come grab dinner, a Pinkade (special flavors on menu tonight!) , and hang out before the movie starts. We promise the pretzels are hot, but hopefully not as hot as we are.

Looks like I’m not the only one excited. 🥹

I absolutely love this picture.

This is one of our employees sneaking a peek into our future Lawrence home, and her wife snapped the photo and sent it to me!

Right now, it’s just an empty space with a whole lot of potential. In a few short months, it’ll be filled with pink, pretzels, Pinkade, and hopefully a whole lot of memories.

Seeing our own team this excited reminds me that this isn’t just my dream anymore. It’s something we’re all building together.

(And if you find yourself peeking through the windows too, I completely understand!)

Somehow, despite the heat trying to take us all out, you guys kept us busy from start to finish. The line was absolutely crazy all day, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

To everyone who came out to Evergy Plaza today, thank you. And thank you for all the congratulations and kind words about our brick-and-mortar announcement. It’s been overwhelming in the best way, and I truly can’t put into words how much your support means to us.

BUT we need to address the typo, for those of you who thought I was selling one can of lemonade for $30.Are y’all okay?

If I EVER try to charge $30 for a single Pinkade, I need every single one of you to collectively smack the s**t out of me.

I am, unfortunately, a very human person who occasionally posts too fast while juggling pretzels and 47 other things. The post was supposed to say 6 Original Pinkades for $30, but I was so busy I never got a chance to fix it. (Thanks mom for responding to all the comments!)

When we announced this giveaway, our goal was simple: sponsor 5 teachers by helping stock their classrooms for the upcoming school year.

But an anonymous donor reached out and offered to sponsor 5 MORE teachers! AND we received a request for a directed donation to one very deserving teacher, which we are honored to include.

That means 11 teachers will be receiving some additional support this year and with 750+ comments, choosing was nearly impossible.

To every teacher out there: thank you. Thank you for showing up every day. Thank you for loving your students. Thank you for making a difference that often goes unseen. Especially in a society that undervalues the hell out of you.

🚨 CHANGE OF PLANS! 🚨

Mother Nature has made the decision for us

With the weather looking downright miserable, we’re canceling tonight’s Emporia pop-up. We hate canceling, but standing in the rain (and driving in it) doesn’t sound like much fun for anyone.

BUT- after receiving approximately a trillion messages, I’ve also been informed that Tuesday in Garnett is the fair parade, and apparently I picked just about the worst possible day to visit.

So here’s my new plan:

Tuesday (5:30–7:30 PM): EMPORIA!
We’ll head your way instead since tonight got rained out.

GARNETT: I promise I’m still coming! I’m just going to find a date outside of fair week so everyone can actually enjoy pretzels!

Thank you all for looking out for us and keeping me informed. Sometimes it takes a village, and a billion Facebook messages, to save me from scheduling mishaps.

We’ll see you soon, Emporia, and Garnett, I’ll be back, I promise!

Yesterday I announced a building.

Today I am pretending we don’t have 14 spreadsheets, 6 contractors to chat with, and a million decisions to make.

Instead, I am doing what I love most: pretzel-ing!

IT’S FINALLY TIME. 🩷

After months of looking, changing my mind, looking some more, negotiating, stressing, and keeping way too many secrets- we signed a lease.

This November, The Pretzelly Truck is opening our very first brick-and-mortar location in LAWRENCE, KS! 🎉🥨

Now before anyone panics, the truck isn’t going anywhere. (If all goes according to plan, there will be TWO Pretzelly Trucks rolling around Kansas next year!)

This is something I’ve dreamed about for a long time. A permanent home, while still getting to travel around the state that built this business.

We’ve got a LOT to share over the next few months: construction updates, sneak peeks, new menu items, behind-the-scenes chaos (because there will definitely be chaos), and everything in between.

Thank you for loving us and supporting us for this to become my reality. 🩷
