Even being gluten free they’re delicious. ( or I wouldn’t make them 🤭)

I choose joy. Sometimes that’s hard. Like this morning. A quart and a half of heavy cream starting to turn to butter because I was busy. Ok. Choosing joy. I’ll finish it to butter. Again I was busy. Buttermilk flying everywhere! Floor, counter and everything on it and the walls. I chose joy and laughed. And made some brown butter cookies with walnuts and white chocolate chips with my unintentional homemade butter. Delicious!! Come try some and share my joy.
