Some nights call for mushrooms, melted cheese, and a red wine reduction. Our Chicken Madeira layers a tender sautéed breast under melted Muenster, then blankets the whole thing in a rich mushroom red wine reduction, with creamy mashed potatoes to soak up every last drop.
