Got volunteered to bring dessert to Thanksgiving? I might be able to help! 😉

I’m opening up a special pickup day on November 25 and putting together a Thanksgiving Variety Dozen with six of my favorite cookie flavors!

Each box includes 2 of each:

• Biscoff Dulce de Leche
• OG Chocolate Chip
• Triple Chocolate
• Pumpkin Spice Snickerdoodle
• Pecan Pie
• Cookies & Cream

That’s 12 delicious cookies, packaged in my signature Mockingbird Bakes box with a pretty copper satin ribbon.

They’re $40 per dozen, and I’m only making 20 boxes this year!

Preorders are open through November 13, unless they sell out sooner.

Pickup is Wednesday, November 25, right here in Leander!

Well, it’s November 1, so Christmas has officially taken over the Nest! 🎄

I’ve been busy working on a little holiday makeover, and I can’t wait to show y’all!

But all these Christmas lights have me thinking…

COOKIES AFTER DARK ✨

What if I opened up the Nest for a few festive evening cookie pop-ups this holiday season?

Christmas music, twinkling lights, and lots of cookies. Sounds like a pretty good evening to me!

Would y’all come by? And would weeknights or Friday evenings work better?

I’m keeping the Christmas Nest under wraps just a little longer. 😉

I may have found myself a new baking obsession. 😂

I’ve been playing around with making cookie pies, and let’s just say there’s been a LOT of experimenting going on in my kitchen.

Still figuring out the perfect filling, bake time, and all the little details. But if this turns out how I’m hoping, these might be making their way onto the Mockingbird Bakes menu!

Four new flavors are moving in, and three are moving out! 🍪

November’s cookie lineup is getting a little shake-up here at my little Leander bakery, and I’m pretty excited about these new additions!
