Arthur would frequently come in the old Backroad restaurant in Raywick and beg Erin to make her famous cheeseburger potato soup. If ya know, ya know. Don’t miss out!!! 😋

Holy Sheet!! This burger is SPICY!!! 🥵

Say hello to The Ghost Malone - bringing a little sweet, a little smoke, and a whole lotta heat!!

We’re talking a juicy smashburger smothered in ghost pepper cheese, hickory-smoked bacon, chopped jalapeños, and raspberry jam for that sweet little plot twist. All served on a black and white sesame seed bun.

The raspberry jam might make you think you’re safe, that’s cute!! 😂 🔥

🐽 Pork and Pimento Cheese eggrolls are back on the menu today!! Get ‘em while supplies last!! 🧀

Just a little insight as to what makes our food so special…

We marinate our pork butts for 24 hours and then we slow roast those butts in house for a minimum of 8 hours. Then we shred and season the pork with our house made Backroad BBQ sauce.
Next, we grate the cheeses ourselves for our Backroad Pimento cheese. And then we blend that delicious creamy mixture with the pork and just a tad of chopped jalapeños. And last, we hand roll EACH and every one of the eggrolls.
After deep frying them to a crispy golden brown, we top with our house made BBQ and BBQ Ranch sauces and red onions that we’ve pickled ourselves.

…so basically, our food is made with lots of love and attention to detail at each and every step along the way.

We hope you can feel the love in every bite. 🫶🏻
