Good morning everyone! The pitmaster in training is up and at it starting the process.

We should have everyone's order ready around 4pm today. Just let me know where to bring it.

Good afternoon everyone!!

We will be doing another fund raising BBQ cook!! This time we will be cooking pulled pork and burnt ends by the pound.

Proceeds will be going towards Laura Whiteside and her trip to DC this summer.

Pulled pork will be $15 dollars per pound.
Chuck roast burnt ends will be $25 dollars per pound.
Smoked Mac and Cheese will be $5 dollars for 8 ounces.
Smoked cream cheese will be $5 per brick. (I would suggest topping it with red pepper jam to make an awesome dip).

We will either deliver or you can pick up on Saturday March 9th. If it's raining we will push it to Sunday March 10th.

To order either message us or comment below. We will be taking orders until Thursday or until I run out of space in the smoker.

Hi everyone!!

Do you like BBQ?

Do you like helping out 13 year old girls raising funds?

Well you are in luck!!

We are taking orders for ribs and burnt ends!!

The ribs will be st. Louis style prepped like we would for competition (saucy with a touch of heat). The burnt ends are our award winning chuck roast burnt ends.

Proceeds will go towards Laura's trip to the Junior leadership conference in D.C.

1 rack of ribs will be $30.
1 pound of of burnt ends will be $25.

Orders will be ready either this Sunday or next Sunday. If you would like to order feel free to send a message.
