⚠️ Unpaid Phone Order – Please Respect Small Businesses
Today, someone called JB Sushi and placed a phone order for 2 Pho, totaling $29.64. I clearly answered the phone and identified our restaurant as JB Sushi.
We prepared the order, but the customer never came to pick it up. When I called her back, she answered but was unwilling to pay. After that, she blocked our number.
As a small business owner, this is very disappointing. We spend our money on ingredients, our time preparing food, and our effort trying to serve our customers. When someone places an order and never picks it up or pays for it, our business loses money.
Please remember that behind every small business is someone working hard to make a living. We ask everyone to respect our time, our food, and our hard work.
