The men, the myths, the legends.
It’s hard to describe the emotion and prideful sense of pressure I felt creating this cake.
These two are where it all started. They opened the first big life doors for me and so many students. Pouring every ounce of knowledge, talent, time, support, encouragement and guidance into us. And it never stopped at the end of the school year. These two are true role models and people you can count on; personally and professionally.
After 30 years of teaching as Culinary and Pastry instructors at the Lebanon County Career and Technology Center, Chef Robert Corle and Chef Brian Peffley, thank you and happy retirement!!!
