📣 You asked… we listened!

One thing we’ve heard over and over from the community is that there’s nowhere to get a great Prime Rib in the middle of the week.

So we’re changing that.

Starting this Wednesday, Prime Rib is joining our dinner menu! 🥩

We’ll be serving our slow-roasted Prime Rib in limited quantities, so once it’s gone, it’s gone. Reservations are highly recommended if you don’t want to miss out.

And don’t worry—our fall-off-the-bone St. Louis ribs aren’t going anywhere! Now you’ll have two incredible dinner options to choose from.

Before everyone starts wondering where dinner is… 😅

It looks like a large portion of Lebanon has lost power, and we’re affected as well. At this time, we’re waiting for power to be restored before we can safely begin dinner service.

Stay tuned to this page for updates. We’ll let everyone know as soon as we’re back up and ready to serve.

WOW… what a night!

We roasted 36 pounds of our slow-roasted Prime Rib tonight… and by the end of the evening, we had maybe 2 pounds left! 🤯

The community has spoken, and it’s safe to say High Caliber Kitchen has the prime Prime Rib! We can’t thank you enough for the incredible support. Seeing so many familiar faces—and plenty of new ones—means the world to us.

Tomorrow, we’re switching gears and bringing back one of our customer favorites…

Tomorrow’s specials (Monday) are bringing the comfort food.

All day we’ll have our Chicken Parm Sandwich — house marinara over a crispy chicken cutlet, topped with melted mozzarella cheese, and served with your choice of side for $17.95.

We’ll also have our Smoked Salmon Chowder hot and ready — $8.95 a cup or $15.95 a bowl.

Then for dinner, we’re rolling out our BlackBerry Bourbon BBQ Meatloaf — served over mashed potatoes with a side salad for $18.95.

And for those who have been asking… our Prime Rib Stroganoff is making its return this Wednesday.
