WOW… what a night! 🎉

Yesterday was a spectacular sellout, and we cannot thank our customers enough for the incredible support. Every table was full, the kitchen was firing on all cylinders, and every plate was made fresh to order. If you experienced a longer-than-normal wait, we sincerely appreciate your patience. It was chaos… but the wonderful kind of chaos that comes from a packed house and great community support.

Oregon’s Indoor High Caliber Kitchen will be CLOSED Monday in observance of Memorial Day as we take time to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave everything for our country.

To the families of our fallen veterans and really all veterans — thank you for their sacrifice and service. Your loved ones will never be forgotten. 🇺🇸
