Think Spring! Nothing screams warm weather more than an ice cream sandwich which is exactly why this mouthwatering dessert is on the TBG menu now. Did you know that this Friday, March 3, is National Soup It Forward Day? You can read more about its heartwarming origins and enduring initiatives online but what really resonated with me was the sentiment that people spread love and generosity with a bowl of soup. It can be as simple and compassionate as that.

This week, in keeping with that thought, I added a new soup to the TBG menu. Imagine a baked potato piled high with your favorite toppings like bacon, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and a sprinkle of chives. Well, I decided to transform all that yumminess into a homemade Baked Potato Soup, every spoonful a combination of those delicious topping flavors in a thick and velvety potato soup base. Excited to share this satisfying new winter meal with you!
