If you like peanut butter, then this is the cookie for you! It’s a PB cookie loaded with white chocolate and peanut butter chips, stuffed with a Reese’s cup AND a marshmallow, and topped with marshmallow fluff, Reese’s pieces, and dehydrated mini marshmallows and it is divine!! 😍

Did you know that I lived in Spain for four years after college? 🇪🇸

I had moved there to teach English, but ended up making amazing friends, meeting my now husband, and eating the MOST delicious food. My 20-something year old self also loved to go out to the discotecas until they would close at 7am (!) and grab some chocolate con churros on the way home before sleeping in until past noon. (What was my life?!)
