June is upon us, so it's time to announce the new specials.

The first is a Brisket Burnt End Sausage Sub, with Grilled Peppers and Onions on a Fantastic, Fire King Roll. These will be available everyday.

The second is our Smoked Bone-in Pork Chop, served with Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans. This special will be available Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays only.

Sorry, the Beef Birria Tacos are going away for now.

Thank you Patriot Development for hiring us to feed the crew at Hitt Contracting’s Data Center job site in Sterling. Lots of hungry workers and we got them through the line (the first time), in about 40 minutes. Our crew knocked it out of the Park.
