✨ LET'S TALK ABOUT SPEAKING YOUR TRUTH ✨
The energies lately seem to be inviting us into deeper alignment with what is true for us. The uncomfortable things keep showing up, not to punish us, but because growth often lives on the other side of discomfort.
But what does it really mean to speak your truth?
To us, speaking your truth means communicating clearly, compassionately, and from a place of love, for yourself AND the other person. It's honoring that inner knowing you feel in your gut, your bones, your soul.
When we ignore that knowing and keep ourselves quiet to make others comfortable, it gets pushed into the shadows. Eventually those shadows grow, and when we're finally forced to face them, they often show up as resentment, exhaustion, anger, or feeling unseen.
Speaking your truth isn't selfish. It's actually an act of care.
It's caring enough about yourself, the relationship, and the other person to be honest about what you're experiencing.
Many of us were taught to put everyone else first. But when we're constantly pouring from an empty cup, everyone receives a depleted version of us. Then we wonder why we feel exhausted, unhappy, unfulfilled, or taken for granted.
The hard truth? We often choose to stay in those patterns.
When we learn to honor ourselves, speak honestly, and set boundaries with love, life becomes much more harmonious.
And usually one of two things happens:
🧡 The other person is open to hearing you. Real communication happens. Both people feel heard and can move forward with clarity.
🧡 Or the other person becomes defensive, angry, or unwilling to listen. As painful as that can be, it may reveal a misalignment that needs to be acknowledged.
Speaking your truth may be just as important to your well-being as drinking your Main Squeeze juice 😉 Our health isn't just physical. It's emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual too.
And one final note: not everything we feel needs to be said. Sometimes it's truth speaking. Sometimes it's ego wanting to be right, be seen, or have the last word. Learning the difference, is part of the journey 🥸
