Today we brought in a stunning 67 lb whole halibut — freshly caught and headed straight to our kitchen. From the moment it hit the dock to the moment it hits your plate, this is the kind of freshness and quality we’re proud to serve every day.

Our chefs will be breaking it down in-house and featuring it in tonight’s entree while it lasts. Clean flavor, buttery texture, and as fresh as it gets, friends!
