And so the story continues…

After Bruce and his growing crew of leaders mastered the art of quick-serve restaurants, they set their sights on something new: full-service dining.

In 1987, they brought that vision to life with Zany Graze—an eclectic, 40s/50s Hollywood-themed restaurant rooted in a love for barbecue. Right alongside it came Lulu’s, a frozen yogurt shop that quickly became part of the experience.

Over the past week, our team had the opportunity to sit down with some of the influential people who helped shape Zany’s into what it is today, hearing firsthand the stories behind the scenes.

It’s been 38 years since those early days. And while the decor may not have changed much… a lot else certainly has.
