Boba was Established in 2015, with a vision to introduce unique Asian Foods that are influenced by the decedents of Cambodian, Thai, Lao and Vietnamese and Chinese cultures. Founder Keshia Thanephonesy and her family have a long line of amazing culinary secrets and talent. Co Founder Zachary Pratt had vision of bringing bold flavors to the area of Lewiston, Maine, a passion for quality service, and beyond being an award winning entrepreneur, was recently featured on the Food Network show "Chopped". Keshia and Zach were the first to bring the Asian bistro concept to the area bringing the best of many cultures and flavors to their community. As a gift to boba fans,the newest boba opening in Spring 2019 also includes an open kitchen for those discerning guests who appreciate the culinary art form, giving a front row seat to the magic!
