Happy Friday, friends! Our newest coffee offering, Ever Mendoza, is here!

We’re happy to welcome El Mirador back for our fourth year sharing coffee from the Mendoza family in Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Their coffees have given us plenty to love over the years, and visiting the farm made that connection even more meaningful.

Miguel Mendoza is a second-generation coffee producer who built El Mirador from land inherited from his father. During our visit, he spoke proudly about working alongside his sons and shared how much effort goes into every harvest. His son Ever is carrying that work forward, continuing the family’s commitment to quality while bringing his own ideas to the farm.

As Ever puts it, “Each year we challenge ourselves to improve the quality of our product.” We’re grateful to Miguel, Ever, and their team for the work behind this release, and we’re excited to share another season of their coffee with you. We know many of you are happy to see if return as well- for more information and a link to order, head to our stories! ⚡️

HAPPY FRIDAY 🍾 and welcome our newest offering, Wush Wush!

There’s something special about this coffee—something you feel as much as you taste. Grown by smallholder farmers near the town of Chito in Ethiopia’s Gedeo Zone, these heirloom Wush Wush trees thrive at elevations between 1,800 and 2,150 meters above sea level. The variety is rare, and the care behind it is unmistakable.
After harvest, the coffee is brought to a local washing station owned by Mesfin Girma. There, it undergoes dry fermentation for 120 hours, then dries slowly on raised beds for 12 days—turned often, never rushed. Locals call this method “wine processed” because of the rich, almost ferment-forward profile it creates. It’s a labor-intensive approach, and it’s one of the reasons this cup is so expressive.
When we cupped this coffee, the flavors jumped out immediately—Raspberry, Ch*****ne, Cherry, Ganache, and a clean, sweet finish that made us all stop and smile. Head to our stories for more info and to order! ⚡️

Happy rainy Friday to all, and welcome our newest release, Caldas Excelso!

Grown high in the mountains of Caldas, Colombia, this washed coffee is bright, balanced, and wonderfully easy to enjoy. A lively citrus acidity brings freshness to the cup, while its rounded body and clean sweetness create a smooth, polished finish. Notes of fudge and molasses add a warm, comforting depth, balanced by a fresh pop of mandarin. The result is a versatile, crowd-friendly coffee that feels familiar while still offering plenty to explore.

“Excelso” refers to the coffee’s bean size, while “EP” stands for European Preparation, meaning the green coffee was carefully hand-sorted to remove defects and foreign material. The result is a consistent, approachable Colombian coffee that feels familiar without being ordinary. It is the kind of cup we could happily return to every day. Head to our stories for more information on this coffee and link to order!

Meet our latest arrival, Sheka Natural!
A stunning single-farm lot from the Haile Estate, nestled deep within Ethiopia’s lush Sheka region.

Owned by Olympic gold medalist Haile Gebrselassie, this farm is a masterclass in dedication. Haile brings the same unwavering discipline he once brought to the Olympic track, skillfully balancing serious forest conservation efforts with precise, 51-microlot farming techniques to ensure every single bean is fully traceable and top-tier.

The cup profile is truly special. Because it’s naturally processed, the coffee dries with the fruit intact, creating a velvety brew that’s bursting with sweetness. It’s organic, environmentally conscious, and a total victory lap for your morning mug. More details in stories or order through link in bio!

Happy Monday! Welcome our newest offering, though this one is beloved and familiar to many!

Primavera Family has become a coffee we are proud to bring back year after year. Returning to this coffee is about more than consistency in the cup. It allows us to deepen relationships, learn from each harvest, and continue supporting work we believe in over time. Long-term partnership is at the heart of how we source, and this coffee is a meaningful expression of that commitment.

Our time in Huehuetenango gave us an even deeper appreciation for the people and culture behind this coffee. We met people deeply rooted in family, hard work, and rest - values that continue to resonate with us today.

If you’d like to learn more about this coffee, head to stories! 🍏⚡️
