Here is the live version of how we process and make our country fried steaks. We buy a top sirloin butt. From that whole muscle product, we create our sirloin steaks, our country fried steaks, which you can see in this video of how we tenderize and bread the steak as well as the top sirloin cap, which is what we roast to make our Picanha! We are testing and testing now. This is our real food!

I am committed to moving forward and will not engage further in this matter. Despite my efforts to move on, the comments have been unproductive. Therefore, I am making a final statement. I will conduct myself on social media in accordance with my personal and professional values. When interacting with individuals who post derogatory comments while hiding behind anonymity, I will address them directly in my responses if necessary. My professionalism is not defined by social media interactions but by my actions and relationships with clients and acquaintances. My intention is not to seek attention or create conflict, but to stand up for my business and assert my rights as a business owner. To be clear, I will not be bullied or dictated to regarding how I manage my business. Social media is a vital platform for communicating with clients, and I will take necessary measures to maintain a respectful environment, including blocking users who violate this principle, of which I have blocked nine individuals today.

And finally, on July 7, 2026, we are launching Trendz Bakery. We are inspired by all of the fun, trendy dessert items that we see on social media. So, for the month of July, we’re going to be making strawberry cloud desserts as well as sprinkle cups. This will be our launch menu, and we will be adjusting as we go and grow. We will be offering seasonal desserts after your meal, individual portions to take home with you, and in-person and online ordering available for full-size cakes, pies, cinnamon roll packs, etc. Come grow with us as we launch our new in-house bakery.

On July 7, we are launching our new standard menu which will be available every day with all of your classic Linda’s Cafe favorites. A couple new additions are our lighter bites menu for anybody who just can’t consume as much food as we seem to offer, we’re offering different omelette types such as a three or five item omelette, and our rotating specials for the month will really add some flair versus having to keep everything on hand every day in the restaurant we are moving forward, delivering the same great quality we always have while remaining operationally efficient
