Hi friends! I’ve had a lot of inquiries and new followers and I really appreciate all the interest. I just wanted to make this post to let everyone know I’m on maternity leave until further notice and I’m not quite sure when I’ll be taking orders again. Hi friends! I thought I’d do a reintroduction post since I was away from Mighty Acorn for a couple years. I’m Tracy and I started this business around the holidays in 2018. I’ve been vegan for nearly 15 years and I love sharing food to show people how delicious vegan options can be! Most of my time now is taken up by being a mom and I wouldn’t have it any other way. My daughter is 1 and we’ll be welcoming a new baby in March. If I’m not baking or chasing my toddler, I like to collect vintage home goods and hang out with my cat. I hope you’re all having a safe and happy holiday season and I look forward to making more treats for y’all soon!
