Newest addition to the MCC lineup. It’s fruity, it’s fun, it’s anaerobic. A micro-lot from the highlands of Jinotega, this coffee undergoes a bespoke fermentation process with added yeast strains to present a clean and tea like body with pineapple and caramel forward tones.

Try it in the shop on filter or espresso. Available online and in store today. ✌🏼
