Fat Jack's Traveling Circus Fat Jack's Traveling Circus is loose on the streets of Lexington! We use farm fresh local ingredients on our ever changing menu. No two are ever the same.

Fat Jack's Traveling Circus was created by brothers Greg and Jack Scott in 2014. After long and successful careers in some of the best restaurants in America they both decided to retire from the restaurant business. Jack went into facilities maintenance and Greg became an investment adviser. But the dream of owning a restaurant never went away, so when the food truck boom finally came to Lexington

it was time to act on that dream. Fat Jack's corp. was formed in the summer of 2014 with Fat Jack's Traveling Circus as the initial vehicle to carry the corporate banner. Plans include a diner and catering division in 2016 and expanding the food truck fleet in 2017. We're forging relationships with local farmers to bring the best meats and produce to our customers. Our diverse backgrounds in Creole, Desert Southwestern and South Floridian style cuisines will help us keep it interesting with daily menu changes. We hope to make lots of new friends and give them all a reason to smile.
