This weeks special is the “Hooty Hoo!”. It is almost entirely locally sourced from Hoot Owl Farm
The base is a bruschetta made with cherry tomatoes and fresh dill, fresh arugula, then topped with pickled cucumbers, and radishes. Followed by Italian sausage with pork from Double N Farms and finished with a basil/dill crème.
