Yes we made that up because we take our inspiration from both South Louisiana and The Bahamas. Where else can you enjoy authentic Bahamian Conch Fritters and a New Orleans style Po-boy? We source our Catfish fresh from Mississippi, our Shrimp direct from the Shrimp boats in Southern Louisiana, and our Conch from The Bahamas. We believe you will taste the difference!

We even had a couple from Omaha drive 160 miles out of their way to come and eat at The Fish Market on their way home from vacation! ♥️
