Me and Audrey stopped out at Red Pig Inn the other day.., we got ribs and a burger topped with pulled pork. The ribs were really good, pulled right off the bone, super tender and not fatty. I’d get them again. The sauce was thick, but it was decent. Sides were sides, green beans and mashed taters. The burger tho, man. It was cooked perfect. Good flavor. The pork on top looked like it was gonna be dry, but it was far from it. It was a really good burger, definitely would order it again. The fries were just regular ole fries. The service was good, food came out hot and the b**r was cold. The only complete that I would have is that it was extremely quiet in there. No music or tv sound. It was complete silence. But we would 100 percent go back and eat again.

Leftover Takeover continues…,
3 breakfast plates this morning using leftover dinner from the past couple of nights.., I made anikyn bacon, eggs and tater tot hash browns, Bella the St. Bernard had pot roast, eggs and cottage cheese, and I made smoked cheeseburgers topped with cheese omelette and horseradish mayo., and yes, our dog only eats homemade food…,
