We’re so excited to introduce Sonic Elsewheres, our new recurring DJ night in collaboration with Dr. Zama Dube, PhD starting July 24th.

Sonic Elsewheres is a cultural gathering that explores the sounds of the African diaspora and its global conversations through carefully curated DJ sets, storytelling, and community. Inspired by movement, memory, and belonging, each edition transforms Zizou into a space where music becomes a bridge across continents and cultures.

As Zizou continues to be an oasis for culture, connection, and music, we’re thrilled to welcome this new series and invite you to be part of the journey.

We can’t believe it’s been two years since we first opened our doors.

What started as a dream has become a home, thanks to this incredible community that welcomed us with open arms from day one and continues to support us every step of the way. We truly wouldn’t be here without you.

To celebrate and say thank you, we’re throwing a little birthday party on June 12th, and we’d love for you to join us.

We’ll be joined by and special guests for an evening of good food, good music, and great company.
