Dear Kupo, I am deeply saddened to hear of the tragic and senseless news of your passing. The world has been robbed of a great man and a loving father. You will always be remembered for the kind and generous soul you were by so many that couldnt help but be drawn to your charisma. You never ran short of the biggest smiles or the kindest words. You were always full of patience. And how you adored your little one! Since the day we met you so many years ago you held a special place in our hearts - always full of enthusiastic support, far more humble than you should have been, and literally the BEST at repairing any bicycle breakdown our kids managed to oopsie (... again). It was always such a pleasure to serve you, you were so much fun, always willing to try any new burger concoction we threw your way. You will be missed.

Pickup at the store during select hours - just schedule the approximate pickup time when ordering and call us when you arrive, we will bring your order out to you! It's our last day open!! Just a few things ... if you havent gotten a souvenier magnet yet for your at-home chillabrator make sure to ask for one with your order (one per household, please). House tees are 40% off and we have just a few left, be sure to grab one during your visit. Doordash is off today. Online ordering is on but may be shut off at random during catch up times. We are not able to take any call-in or curbside orders today. Our store doors are open till 8 pm, we will do our best to serve all customers that are in line by that time unless sold out. CherryTree Trading Co is closed today - if you want to shop please ask counter staff, we will open it up if possible. Some restaurant options are already sold out and marked online as so. We are understaffed and overworked, we appreciate your patience when waiting. We want to send a big thank you to everyone for their kind words, well wishes, and last burger munchin' visits the past few weeks. About Us. Established in mid 2011, we are a food truck and mobile diner turned super nifty brick n mortar burger joint located in Lincoln, Nebraska. All of our burgers are grilled and aromatically seasoned, diner style of course, not frozen or prepackaged! Our sauces are house recipes made from scratch and we only use real cheese and freshly baked buns to give you the best, freshest and healthiest options in burgers. Plus, we make our own ice cream for our hand crafted real ice cream milkshakes and malts, yum! Our goal is to provide a unique experience above and beyond just grabbing a bite, but to engage and satisfy all of your senses - so be prepared to take in the sights, smells, and sounds on your next visit to Nitro!
Menu. Our menu can be found on the Menu tab of our Facebook Menu tab and on the front page of our website at www.nitroburgerbomb.com. Our truck menu heavily rotates and is different than our catering menu and house menu, please note. We do offer both vegetarian and gluten free options in house and are able to also offer these on the food truck with adequate notice. Please reach out via email at [email protected] if your planning to visit us on the truck and have a special dietary concern, we would love the opportunity to meet your needs!
Parking. We offer adequate parking for a large number of vehicles at 2050 Cornhusker Hwy. There is a medium sized parking lot in front of our building and a huge parking lot in the rear reserved specifically for customers only. The rear parking lot is big enough for semi parking and turn around if needed. Both parking lots extend from the tip of the restaurant to the front and rear edges of the old volleyball court.
Restaurant. The restaurant is open year round and is large enough to seat a large number or guests. Outdoor seating will be available seasonally.
Payment methods. We accept cash and credit cards for your convenience both in store and on our food truck!
