Last call on the Eggplant Parm Pizza. 🍕

October's Pizza of the Month is here through the end of October!

Marinara, roasted garlic, breaded and fried eggplant, mozzarella and Parmesan on a hand-tossed, hickory wood-fired crust with fresh basil. Pair it with a Watch Man IPA from Empyrean Brewing Co while you still can.

Five pastas on our menu, all made with from-scratch sauces:

• Crab Ravioli, hand-stuffed with fresh Blue Lump Crab and three cheeses in a creamy tomato vodka sauce
• Grand Mac Daddy, slow-roasted brisket over penne with ribbons of house-made BBQ sauce
• Philly Cheesesteak Pasta, shaved prime rib with sautéed onions, mushrooms and peppers on fettuccini
• Fettuccine Jabrisco, rotisserie chicken in a pesto Gorgonzola sauce
• Stir-Fry Pasta, spaghetti with fresh vegetables in a savory-sweet Asian sauce

→Depending on which one you pick, that is 11 to 17 points on your loyalty balance.

It’s with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Jay “Lazlo” Jarvis. Jay had a vision for what restaurants in Nebraska could be, and he worked tirelessly to bring that vision to life. For 35 years, the culture he crafted at Lazlo’s, FireWorks and Jabrisco wasn’t only about running restaurants but about developing people. He brought people together, gave the community a second home, and curated lifelong friends.

Jay believed in hard work, high standards, and doing things the right way. Whether you knew him personally, worked alongside him, or simply enjoyed the experience he helped create, you've been touched by his influence.

We will miss his guidance, his stubborn commitment to excellence, and the way he challenged all of us to be better. As we move forward, when we’re not sure, we'll ask ourselves, "What would Jay do?"

A celebration of life is being planned. Details to follow.
