We just catered a private party this past weekend and the menu was really fun!

The table was set with burlap runners, old 45 records and glitz gold and glam to play into the Nashville music and country scene. The table was so full that it was hard to capture all of the design elements.

Nashville themed, it featured:

🎸Cheddar Biscuits and Hot Nashville Shredded Chicken
🎸Nashville Onion Dip served with celery and potato chips
🎸Southern Charcuterie featuring Country Sliced Ham, Summer Sausage, 🎸🎸🎸Pimento Cheddar Cheese, fruit and vegetables
🎸Brown sugar roasted pecans
🎸Bacon wrapped little smokies baked with brown sugar and maple syrup.. these went first!

Over the years, Laurie's palate has expanded far beyond her comfort zone. What started with familiar favorites has turned into a love for trying new ingredients, exploring different cuisines, and embracing bold flavors.
