A GREAT SALE! AT 73 WEST 4TH STREET, CORNING
FRIDAY, JUNE 5TH – 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
SATURDAY, JUNE 6TH – 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
A sale like this is rare where everything in the house is in pristine condition and of high quality. You will find things from vintage to contemporary. A lot of jewelry, Pyrex, CorningWare, Corelle, furniture, wicker bedroom set, Christmas, wall silhouettes, clocks, lamps and of course glassware!
*Numbers at 8:00 on the front porch, due to rain that is forecasted, traffic and parking.
*Come back before 9:00 to line up, in number order.
*We will have one line to enter the front of the house
*I will let folks in at 9:00. Hopefully I should be able to let everyone in but I won’t know that until 9:00. It’s always a tough decision for me to hold folks at the door but it just makes everyone's shopping enjoyable and it respects the folks who were here early.
*Remember if it’s in the pictures, it’s in the sale.
*All items are final sale and sold in its current condition.
*We will have hold/tally and check out somewhere.
*If you want to purchase something large, pull the tag and hold on to it or give it to a worker with your name and it will added to your hold pile.
*If you don’t want to carry your purchases throughout the sale you can give them to a worker with your name and your purchases will be at the hold table.
*There is no driveway, just pull up to pick up your purchases
*Please park at your own risk and respect the neighbors lawns and mailboxes
*Please be kind & courteous to each other
*Please be cautious of pedestrian and vehicle traffic
*Please be responsible and respectful of the property
