If 6 years ago someone had told me I would be using my McDonald’s/Mrs. Field’s Cookie skills at my own hot dog restaurant I would have laughed. McDonald’s taught me QSC & V, Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Value! Mrs. Field’s taught me to confidently walk up to total strangers and say, “You look like you need a cookie” as I offered them a cookie sample. I’m so happy to scrub the patio table every morning when I arrive.
