The founder of our catering service, Dorothy "Dozy" Steinkirchner. Nearly 40 years ago she created some of our most popular recipes including our pasta salad and red vinaigrette dressing. I'm proud to be carrying on my grandmother's legacy and bringing you the best food possible at every event.
