Reservations are now live for Chef’s Table at Per Diem!

A monthly, six-seat experience tucked inside our dining room, designed as a single-seating evening of thoughtful, multi-course dining. Each dinner is built around what’s best right now — from nearby farms, seasonal harvests, and the creative direction of our kitchen. 👨‍🍳

The first seating takes place June 11, and with only six seats available, each evening is intentionally intimate and limited.

This is not a standard night out — it’s a closer look at how we cook when nothing is rushed.

Beginning June 11, Chef’s Table at Per Diem invites just six guests each month to experience a seven-course tasting menu shaped by the season, local ingredients, and the creativity of our kitchen.
