These pies were freshly baked earlier this week and frozen immediately to lock in freshness. Proper freezing preserves flavor and texture — it does not mean the product is old.

You can thaw it for tomorrow or keep it frozen for later.

Here’s a little sneak peek of what’s coming…

Our 6-inch carrot cake with four delicious layers is loaded with rich cream cheese frosting and serves 8–10 people, so every slice gets the perfect cake-to-frosting ratio.

Made with real shredded carrots and pineapple to keep it incredibly moist. And don’t worry… no raisins here!

The cake itself contains no nuts — walnuts are only on the outside and can be left off if you prefer.

Bonus: you’re technically enjoying your fruits and vegetables while eating cake… win-win.
