Our Signature Charcuterie Boards!!!!!

With over 30 different types of imported salamis, 25+ select cheeses and the very large selection of our smoked meats such as bacon, sausages, pork loins, etc. we finally decided to create 3 different charcuterie boards. All the meats and cheese are cut to order and our house cheese squares are baked fresh. Imagine taking a bite of a smoked imported salami with some truffle cheese, taking a sip of Merlot or Pinot and follow it up with a cheese square and gooseberry jam.......

The boards sizes are 4, 2 person or singles

The Summit Board offers our highest end products:
Fermented Hungarian Salami (PICK), Imported Parmesan Salami, Mustard Seed Salami, Imported Smoked Salami (Old Forest), Pecorino Truffle Cheese, Aged Balsamic and Cipollini Onion Cheese, Imported Dutch Goat Gouda and English Derby Sage Cheese. This board is complemented with imported Kalamata olives, green seedless grapes, imported gooseberry jam, house cheese squares and crackers.
Pricing: 4 person/$15.50

The Smokey Board includes:
Gypsy Salami, Smoked Wedding or Hungarian Mild Sausage, Smoked Sliced Pork Loin, Cottage Ham, Smoked Gouda, Cracked Pepper Gouda, Aged Blood Orange Cheese, Aged Vino Rosso Cheese. Sides are red grapes, pickled house purple onions or purple cabbage, heirloom tomatoes, imported lingonberry jam, house cheese squares and crackers.
Pricing: $12.50 per person

Our Mediterranean Board offers:
Prosciutto, Old Forest Smoked Salami, Barilo Salami, Smoked Kaba Sausage, Aged Balsamic and Cipollini Onion Cheese, Imported Feta, Aged Vino Rosso and Pecorino Truffle Cheese. Imported black current jam, grapes, house pickled onions or purple cabbage and pickled black garlic with crackers and house cheese squares complete this board.

The Lattice Chips Are Back!!!!!

We are bringing back our homemade lattice chips.
Our bread selection has also expended, we now offer fresh Rustic style olive and rosemary, rosemary, rye, brioche rustic sourdough just to mention a few.

Also available are the stuffed jumbo croissants, poppyseed stuffed with spinach and ricotta, turkey and gruyere, ham and gruyere and chocolate.

This week our soups are the Hungarian gulyas, Chicken Poblano and the lobster bisque.

Check out our imported aged cheeses, mustards and condiments along with our jams and preserves.

We will also be serving our 10OZ Gorgonzola Burgers served on a Brioche bun topped with our house bacon caramelized onion jam and our house lemon mojito aioli.

Our specials for this week:

Tibor's Muffuletta 6 inch or 12 inch served on a toasted French bread topped with our house garlic tapenade, imported mortadella, spicy capicola, Genoa salami, prosciutto and provolone cheese.

Your choice of German wieners, Jalapeno cheddarwurst, Knackwurst, smoked Andouille or the Kase Krainer (Austrian cheese sausage) deep fried and topped with our house chili and cheese.

We also have a limited quantity of our house tapenade, Inferno aioli and Lemon Mojito aioli, and the Habanero Honey sauce bottled and ready to be picked up.

Now that our lengthy remodeling has started we are going to be open for regular business.
We have updated our menu items and have a few new ones to introduce to you such as the Deep Fried Sandwiches, The French Dip, The Reuben and The Pastrami.
We have extended our inventory to 70 different types of ready to eat smoked and fresh sausages made in-house.
Our house aioli will also be available as well as our house tapenade.
