Dear beloved customers,

We wanted to take a moment to give you an exciting update on the progress of Melted Grilled Cheese's transition to our brick and mortar location. Your continued support and enthusiasm have been a tremendous source of motivation for us, and we can't thank you enough for being part of this journey.

We are delighted to announce that we have successfully obtained our zoning permit! 🎉 This major milestone allows us to move forward with the process of setting up our dream location. However, we wanted to share some news that affects our projected opening date.

Unfortunately, life sometimes throws unexpected curveballs, and I, Briana (owner), have recently torn my ACL and will require surgery. While this has temporarily slowed us down, we remain committed to bringing you the ultimate grilled cheese experience. Our new projected opening date is now sometime in March.

We understand that the delay may come as a disappointment, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Rest assured that we are unwavering in our determination to create a space where you can relish in the cheesy goodness you know and love. Sometimes, setbacks become stepping stones to an even greater achievement.

Our next step in this journey is to obtain the building permit, and we are actively working towards fulfilling all the necessary requirements. We promise to keep you informed of our progress, and we'll share updates as we move forward.

We are incredibly grateful for your patience, support, and understanding during this time. Your loyalty means the world to us, and we can't wait to welcome you to our new location when it's ready.

We are open today for our final day at 530 N. Queen St!
We did not do a lot of restocking this week. That way, we wouldn't have much waste. So as the day goes on, we may start to run out of certain products.
We are sold out of mozzarella sticks, but currently have everything else.
If you can't make it in until later, pre-order online and set your pick-up time to guarantee your order.

We were hesitant to make this call for tomorrow, due to our time with you all being limited, but with the temps projected to be in the mid to high 90s tomorrow we are going to be closed. Unfortunately with these types of temps outside it gets well over 110° in the trailer, which can make it dangerous for the crew's health.
We will plan to be open on Saturday during our regular hours.
We hope you can understand and hope to see you Saturday.
