Some things can’t be rushed.

At Cellar 36, our Meatballs alla Romana take more than 6 hours to prepare from start to finish. Handcrafted daily with beef, pork, herbs, parmesan, and slow-simmered marinara, they’re one of the most labor-intensive dishes on our menu — and one of the first to sell out.

Our first Pasta & Vino Night at Cellar 36 exceeded our expectations, and seeing so many guests gathered around the table making pasta, sharing wine, and connecting with one another truly reminded us exactly why we created this space in the first place.

We’re down to the final 4 seats for our upcoming Pasta & Wine Night at Cellar 36 Italian Eatery & Wine Bar on Tuesday, May 26th — and we wanted to give our loyalty members first notice before we officially sell out.
Join us for an intimate evening of handmade pasta, curated wine pairings, and a guided experience hosted right here at Cellar 36.

Your evening includes:

Tonight’s the night, Littleton.

After over a year of planning, tasting, building, and bringing a vision to life… Cellar 36 Italian Eatery & Wine Bar officially opens its doors at 4PM.

At Cellar 36, we believe that life’s best moments happen around the table — surrounded by good food, good wine, and good company. Our mission is simple: to serve scratch-made, Italian-inspired comfort food at an affordable price, in a space that feels like home.

With 90% of the menu ingredients imported from Italy, and 10% from local farms in Colorado, and local bakeries in denver… to a thoughtfully curated list of 36 wines, every detail has been built with intention. This is more than a restaurant to us — it’s a place to gather, celebrate, and slow down.

Tonight, we welcome our very first guests… and we couldn’t be more grateful.

Thank you for the support, the excitement, and for believing in what we’re building.
