Soft honey sweetness, fragrant lavender, and our dolce espresso come together for something that feels like spring showed up early. Our honey syrup is made with real honey, so that smooth, slightly herbal note really comes through.

And if you’ve noticed the mini honey pots by the register… they’re the perfect addition to sweeten up your muffin or add fresh honey to a hot tea!🐝

New hours + a few exciting shifts at Rosetta ☕

We’re expanding our hours and settling into a new rhythm with the summer season:

Coffee Hours:
Sunday–Tuesday: 7am–4pm
Wednesday–Saturday: 7am–4pm, then we reopen from 5pm–11pm

Nightcaps:
Now open 5pm–11pm

We’re also syncing up with the Livermore Farmers Market for exciting new Thirsty Thursday energy downtown, with more shops and bars staying open later!!

A few changes you’ll notice:
– The ENTIRE coffee menu will now be available into the evening
– Front of house marble tables will be open seating for coffee all night

Close at 4, reset, and reopen at 5 with a slightly different feel.
More space to gather, more time to stay, and a better flow into the evening.

We’re excited about this next chapter. Come be part of it. 💛

Our guava passion fruit danish 🥐

Flaky, golden, and just a little crisp on the outside… soft and gooey in the center with that bright, tropical filling. Finished with a drizzle of passionfruit purée.

Pairs perfectly with a loaded iced tea or a cold brew with guava passion fruit cold foam.
