Our specialty is "Competition Grade Barbecue". , we cater Pig Roasts, Luau's, Big Butt Roasts, We also have fun custom menu options. We also do Lobster & Clambakes. Our main business is catering Weddings and Large Special Events. Since 1988 we have catered Graduations, Anniversaries, Grand Openings, Family and Class Reunions, Sale

s Meetings, Seminars, Open Houses Second Marriages, Golf Outings, Church Events, Fun Company Picnics. We are based out of Central New York but serve Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo, Ithaca, Albany, the Finger Lakes areas. We use only natural Pasture Raised pigs, from small Amish Farms in Lancaster County Pennsylvania. We are a "Chef Driven" company, Eco Friendly, A+ rated in customer service, we are Lean and Green!
