The DeBruce

The DeBruce An inclusive 12-room lodge with award-winning dining nestled in New York's Western Catskills, 2 hours Please inquire for our current offerings and pricing.

Located in New York’s western Catskills just outside the town of Livingston Manor, the 12-room lodge is a magical destination for the outdoor experience seeker with a culinary program unlike anything available in the area. Located within the Catskill Park itself and perched just above the Willowemoc River, The DeBruce is a gateway to the outdoors with access to over 600 acres of private land, incl

uding two mountains and an eventual 30-mile trail system. The Willowemoc is a hidden treasure in itself, well known to anglers as one of the country’s most sleepy and famous fly-fishing rivers with limited public access. The DeBruce is located 2 hours northwest of New York City, just outside of the quaint town of Livingston Manor (8 minute drive). The hotel & grounds are within 6-30 minutes of State Parks for swimming, canoeing, and hiking. Our Dining Room is open every day offering an a la carte Sunday-Friday and a tasting menu on Saturdays. Reservations required. Our Club Room is open Wednesdays through Sundays. Dinner is available each night. No reservations needed.

When Chef Cam joined The DeBruce in 2024 as a Culinary Institute of America intern, he quickly became an integral part of our kitchen. Today, he serves as Sous Chef, helping lead the restaurant alongside Culinary Director Eric Leveillee.

Under Chef Eric’s mentorship, Cam has grown into a leader in the kitchen, training the team, leading service, and collaborating on seasonal tasting menu dishes inspired by the Catskills landscape.

One of the most rewarding parts of what we do is watching talented young chefs grow into confident leaders. We’re proud to have Cam helping shape the future of The DeBruce, one thoughtful plate at a time.

One final journey downstream.

June is the last month to experience our Stream Progression tasting menu, inspired by the waters, landscapes, and seasonal ingredients of the Catskills.

Next month, we’ll debut Farm Progression, an all-new tasting menu celebrating the farms and harvests of our region.

If Stream Progression has been on your list, now is the time.
