Thanksgiving Ice Cream Pie Pre-Orders Are Officially Open!

It’s that time of year again! Our famous Thanksgiving ice cream pies are back, and this year we’re bringing you two exciting new flavors alongside a Lake Effect classic.

Our pies sell out every year, so we’re opening pre-orders a week earlier to give us more time to make all the pies you’ll need for your holiday celebrations.

Peanut Butter Epiphany Pie
A Lake Effect classic since the very beginning! This pie starts with a crunchy chocolate crust filled with our rich, creamy Peanut Butter Epiphany ice cream. A generous layer of decadent fudge adds the perfect chocolatey finish, while delicate peanut butter frosting accents make this pie as beautiful as it is delicious. It’s the perfect combination of chocolate and peanut butter in every bite.

NEW! Cookie Dough Pie
For all the cookie dough lovers out there, this one is sure to be a favorite! We start with a crunchy shortbread pie shell and fill it with our over-the-top Cookie Dough ice cream. The pie is finished with a beautiful ring of sweet cream, mini chocolate chip cookies and a generous sprinkling of chocolate chips. It’s a cookie dough lover’s dream, all dressed up for Thanksgiving!

NEW! Brownie Blackout Pie
Calling all chocolate lovers! This decadent pie features a rich chocolate crust filled with our intense noir chocolate ice cream, generously packed with delicious brownie bites. We top it with elegant rosettes of milk chocolate whipped cream, handmade chocolate shards for a little extra crunch and a homemade brownie right in the center. Rich, and indulgent this pie is made for anyone who believes there’s no such thing as too much chocolate.

TRICK OR TREAT IS BACK!

Starting today, our infamously over-the-top fall favorite, Trick or Treat, is back at BOTH of our scoop shops!

If you’ve never tried it, picture this. You get home from trick-or-treating, dump your candy bag on the floor, and admire your haul. If you grew up in my generation, that bag was probably a dirty pillowcase that had already made two or three trips around the neighborhood that night.

Now imagine taking that entire pile of candy and turning it into ice cream.

That’s exactly what we did.

We loaded our Silver Cloud Vanilla ice cream with Heath bars, Snickers, Kit Kats, Twix bars, M&Ms, Reese’s Pieces, and Nestlé Crunch bars.

Yep. ALL of that. In one ridiculously good ice cream flavor.

Halloween is still a few weeks away, but there’s no reason to wait to get your candy fix.

Come on down to either shop and get yourself a scoop of Trick or Treat!

We made the trip to Bruce Fiegel Apiaries in Appleton and came back with a full restock of their amazing local honey for our Lockport shop!

And we also restocked something that has been a big hit: our Lake Effect laser engraved sundae spoons!

These aren’t your ordinary ice cream spoons. Each spoon is individually laser engraved with the Lake Effect Ice Cream logo and snowflake design, making them a fun keepsake. We specifically chose extra heavy-duty spoons, so they won’t bend when you’re digging into that hard-frozen ice cream!

They’re perfect for enjoying a pint at home and make a great little gift for the ice cream lover in your life.

Both the honey and the Lake Effect sundae spoons are fully restocked and available now at our Lockport shop.

Something spooky is coming to Lake Effect Ice Cream!

The Paranormal Walks are back for another spooky season, and this year marks their 12th year starting right outside Lake Effect on Canal Street.

Join us for five nights of haunted history and paranormal stories through Lockport:
